Our Story
– A Family of Fighters
Built on family. Driven by purpose.

When Chris and his father — who’s been in the legal industry for over 40 years — teamed up with Lesly, Julissa, and Elsa, they didn’t just acquire a firm. They built a movement. A movement grounded in empathy, tenacity, and integrity.

Frequently
Asked Questions

Should I Talk to the Other Side’s Insurance Company?

Adjusters ask questions designed to limit your claim, not help it. Providing basic contact details is generally fine, but detailed discussions about fault, the extent of your injuries, gaps in treatment, or prior medical history warrant careful consideration. A statement that sounds harmless can be reframed later in ways you did not intend. Speaking with our team first helps you understand what to share and what to hold back.

What If I Felt Fine Right After the Accident But Hurt Later?

Adrenaline and shock can suppress pain for hours or even a day or two after a collision. Getting a medical evaluation promptly, even when you feel okay, protects your health and creates a record of when symptoms first appeared. Insurers closely examine the gap between an accident and the first medical visit and may use it to argue that the injury had another cause.

Can Social Media Hurt My Injury Claim?

Yes. Posts and photos can be taken out of context and used to argue that your injuries are less severe than reported. Privacy settings offer limited protection against screenshots traveling, and records can be subpoenaed. Avoid posting about the accident, your physical condition, or activities that could contradict your account while a claim is pending.

What Should I Bring to a Case Review?

Bring whatever you have. Police reports, photos of the scene or your injuries, insurance documents, witness names and contact details, medical discharge papers, repair estimates, and any letters or emails from insurers are all useful starting points. You do not need a complete file to have a productive conversation; a partial set of records is enough to begin.

What If the At-Fault Party Does Not Have Enough Insurance to Cover My Losses?

When the responsible party carries minimal coverage, your own auto policy may include underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage that can help bridge the gap. In some cases, a third party, such as an employer, property owner, or contractor, may share liability and carry separate coverage.

What Should I Do Immediately After Suffering a Personal Injury in California?

Get medical attention right away. Even minor symptoms deserve a prompt evaluation, and a timely medical record directly connects your injury to the incident. Call the police and request a report. Document the scene with photos if you are able, and collect contact information from any witnesses. Avoid giving recorded statements to insurance adjusters before speaking with an attorney. The decisions made in the first days after an accident can significantly affect the strength of your claim.
